For a typical dependent eligibility verification audit, Consova routinely identifies 5-8% of enrolled dependents (spouses & children) to be ineligible for coverage. For those organizations with a working spouse provision (spouse surcharge or exclusion), our Other Coverage Verification solution typically converts an additional 10-20% of enrolled spouses to the rule (above and beyond pre-audit participation).
