Our employees are an integral and valuable part of our operation, and we recognize that their commitment to Consova as well as our clients are what make our business successful.
Consova is also proud of how our employees participate in the communities in which they live, and to support their actions, this January we have instituted a Community Connect Day. Employees can take one day off with pay to participate in charitable or community-centered activities.

As the employee program mentioned above illustrates, Consova believes in strengthening the bonds with our community. This past holiday, instead of sending cards, cookies, nuts, etc., we contributed to the No Barriers organization –an organization that eliminates barriers for the soldiers and children, taking the “dis” out of disability, as everyone has ability.
New Year – New Offering: ManageMy Health
In addition to our Payment Integrity and Eligibility Verification systems, we will be rolling out our new service, the ManageMyHealth (MMH) Platform for healthcare providers and employers managing the wellness of their employees. It is a plug-and-play framework designed to use the client’s existing data applications and eliminating the need to invest new capital dollars or processes in order to provide better quality care to patients/employees. Our comprehensive AI tools sort through data and identify patterns, the data is derived from holistic data sets from medical claims, medical records, and patient biometrics, is both meaningful and actionable.
ManageMyHealth has already been successfully deployed in New Zealand, Australia and India, increasing our expertise in knowing the data, the discrepancy, the complexity, and the efficient path for mapping. MMH maps, integrates, stores and provides access to your data to enable you to optimize the services you provide and achieve more efficient care delivery.
